请教：从日本进口汽车，在nz入关要缴纳的费用

如题，朋友有兴趣从日本自己进辆二手车开，但不知道这边的关税及各项杂费是多少。

Sometimes cost too much to fix the car in order to get compliance, Also you can't import any BMW to NZ for road use unless it got twin air bag. The FOB cost $1500, shipping cost $1000, and GST on top of them and the purchase price. $275 get first reg。
