今天出老地方 收获不是很好~~~~~~
今天起了个大早 5点就起床 到了 舢板要出的点 tmd 船的尾部固定板子忘了拿，又开车回家拿 错过了最好的时段，收获就只有一点点:#$%& :#$%&
下面是小小的收获

我觉的他的收获很好by小舢板 所有的Snapper都够size
比起大多数charter他那点鱼货根本算不了什么。。。
大冬天的钓鱼给大家看就很好。。。:hao :hao :hao

YELLOW TAIL怎么做好吃？以前钓了一些，用油煎着吃的，感觉一般，有没有什么别的吃法啊？

YELLOW TAIL肉很硬，估计也就是煎和炸，听说有人用大的YELLOW TAIL作熏鱼的。

yellow tail 把肉批下来，然后用新鲜的柠檬汁盐30分钟然后 切成丁，然后土豆切成丁用水加点盐煮到用手指一按就粉碎的程度，yellow tail 加土豆丁加 sweet shallots 加一勺 dajion mustard 加 chopped parsley 加salt and pepper 混合 最后做成你要的形状大火两面煎一分钟左右成金黄色，这样你的yellow tail fish cake 就完成啦:lol :lol :lol :lol
