AE86 with Engine Suzuki GSX-R
I saw a NZ guy put a 170HP 1300 engine Suzuki GSX-R in a rear wheel drive Starlet, it use the Suzuki bike’s gear box too, can do 200km/h reversing.

It should fit a AE86 as well.

The low ratio gearbox should help.

Tony has been involved in the management and running of successful rally teams such as Bruce Herbert, Neil Allport and Andrew Hawkswood, and has been driving home built rally cars for several years throughout New Zealand. McConachy has visited South Island events just three times before, but never the Otago event which is infamous for its blind brows and fast roads.
